Mr Miroslav Maly is currently Associate Director, Green Economy Financing Facilities at the Energy Efficiency and Climate Change Team of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), London. He has been with the EBRD for more than 10 yerars and work in may regions, including Central and Eastern Europe, Western Balkans, Tukey and Noth Africa and Middle East.
